Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix until fully combined and smooth with no lumps.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
  3. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best results, grease the pan well to avoid sticking. Store in the fridge for 4-5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat slices in a toaster or microwave.
