  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your cookie sheets.
  2. In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to your creamed mixture until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint candies.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden.
  2. Let the cookies cool on the sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
