Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix-Ins
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Preparation
  1. In one big bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  2. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract before mixing until everything’s combined.
Mix Dry Ingredients
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Slowly blend this into your wet ingredients.
Fold in Mix-Ins
  1. Stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint candies.
Chill the Dough
  1. Let the dough sit for at least 30 minutes so it can firm up.
Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Watch them carefully — you want that perfect golden edge!
