Preparation
- Chop your veggies into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the veggies into the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the protein on top of the veggies.
- Pour the broth or stock over everything.
- Sprinkle your seasoning generously and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Notes
Serve with crunchy salads or over lettuce wraps. You can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days and freeze for about 3 months. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave.
