  • 1 can white beans (cannellini or navy beans), drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
Spices
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Garnish
  • to taste Chopped green onions or parsley (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the white beans, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheese.
  3. Mash the mixture until well combined, leaving some beans whole for texture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven, garnish with green onions or parsley if desired, and serve warm with tortilla chips, veggies, or bread.

Notes

You can prepare the dip and refrigerate it for a day before baking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge or frozen for up to a month.
