Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked ground beef (or turkey), ranch dressing, salsa, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Spoon the mixture into bite-sized portions and place them on a baking sheet.
- Top each bite with crushed tortilla chips and the remaining cheese.
Cooking
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Serve these bites with extra salsa, fresh cilantro, or lime juice for added flavor. They stay fresh in the fridge for about 3-4 days and can be frozen for a month.
