Ingredients
  

Seed Mixture
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
Liquid Mixture
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Spices or herbs (optional) Consider adding garlic powder, rosemary, or chili flakes for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the seeds and ground flaxseed.
  3. Add water and salt, then mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Allow the mixture to sit for about 10-15 minutes until it thickens.
Baking
  1. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, making it as thin as possible.
  2. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until the edges are golden and the crackers are crispy.
  3. Let them cool, then break them into pieces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for about a week in a cool, dry place. To make a sweet version, consider adding honey or maple syrup with cinnamon.
