  • 2 cups all purpose gluten free flour blend Better Batter highly recommended
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum Omit if your blend already contains it
  • 1/4 cup tapioca starch/flour
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 9.5 ounces warm water About 95°F
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • spray oil Cooking oil spray
Toppings
  • Your favorite pizza toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, tapioca starch, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add the warm water and olive oil to the mix. Stir until it comes together into a dough.
  3. Knead lightly until everything blends smoothly.
  4. Let it rest for about 30 minutes to let the yeast work its magic.
  5. On a floured surface, stretch or roll out your dough to your desired thickness.
Baking
  1. Preheat your oven and bake according to your favorite pizza recipe until the crust is golden and totally delicious.

Notes

For best results, do not skip the resting time. If you have leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
