Ingredients
  

For the pudding mixture
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.) Room temperature is best
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 box French Vanilla pudding (5 oz.)
For layering
  • 2 boxes Vanilla Wafers
  • 6-8 pieces bananas, sliced Use ripe bananas for sweetness
  • 1 container strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 container whipped topping (12 oz.)

Method
 

Preparation of Pudding
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  2. Add French Vanilla pudding and milk to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Layering the Dessert
  1. In a large serving dish, layer vanilla wafers, followed by a layer of sliced bananas and strawberries.
  2. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the fruit and wafers.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with the pudding mixture on top.
  4. Spread whipped topping over the final layer.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to let those flavors mingle beautifully.

Notes

Serve in a clear dish to showcase the layers. To enhance flavors, consider chilling longer and using ripe bananas. Avoid freezing for best texture.
