  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until aromatic.
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted, then let it cool.
  4. Stir in the cream cheese and mozzarella until well combined.
Stuffing Chicken Breasts
  1. Create pockets in each chicken breast and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Stuff each pocket with the spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks.
Cooking
  1. Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
