Main ingredients
  • 8 pieces Slider buns
  • 2 cups Shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1/2 cup Frank's hot buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Feel free to use pepper jack for extra spice.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted, for brushing on the buns.
Optional toppings
  • 1/2 cup Ranch or blue cheese dressing Optional for serving.
  • 1/2 cup Pickles Optional for serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and Frank's hot buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet.
  4. Fill each bun with the buffalo chicken mixture and top with cheese.
  5. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing and pickles, if desired.

Notes

For left overs, these sliders keep well in the fridge for about 3-4 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat as needed.
