Ingredients
  

For the Margarita
  • 2 oz Tequila (e.g., Patron silver)
  • 2.5 oz Pomegranate juice
  • 2 oz Orange juice Preferably freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 oz Orange liqueur (e.g., Cointreau)
  • 1 tbsp Honey Adjust sweetness to taste
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
  • tsp Ground cinnamon
  • tsp Ground ginger
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper Optional for spice
  • 1 sprig Rosemary For garnish
  • to taste Ginger beer Optional for topping
For the Glass Rim
  • to taste tbsp Cinnamon sugar mixture For rimming the glass

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Run a slice of tangerine or orange around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip it into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add pomegranate juice, orange juice, tequila, orange liqueur, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake for 15 seconds until well-chilled.
Serving
  1. Strain the mixture into your prepared glass over fresh ice.
  2. For a festive touch, add a splash of ginger beer if desired.
  3. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Notes

Serve fresh to enjoy the best flavors. Can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours. For variations, swap pomegranate juice for cranberry or use agave syrup instead of honey for a vegan option.
