  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced For best flavor, use fresh garlic.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 pound frozen meatballs Do not use fresh meatballs for best results.

Preparation
  1. Combine ketchup, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a slow cooker.
  2. Add the frozen meatballs to the slow cooker.
  3. Stir to coat the meatballs in the sauce.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1.5-2 hours, until the meatballs are heated through and the sauce has thickened.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra flavor kick, add crushed red pepper or sesame seeds. These meatballs store well in the fridge for 3-4 days or can be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or stovetop before serving.
