For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs Bone-in, skin-on for best results
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For tossing the chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Fresh herbs Optional garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
  3. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  3. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Let the chicken rest after baking to ensure juiciness. Serve with steamed veggies or a salad for a complete meal.
