Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 5 tablespoons sesame seeds Note: Feel free to customize with other seeds.
  • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch Alternative: arrowroot.
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt Such as Malden.
  • 1/2 cup boiling water Scalding hot.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 300ºF/150ºC and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all the seeds, cornstarch, olive oil, and kosher salt in a bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Pour boiling water over the mixture and stir. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread the mixture into a thin layer on the baking sheet using a silicone spatula.
  5. Sprinkle the flaky sea salt on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for an hour.
  2. Let it cool in the pan and then break into desired cracker sizes.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Keep the mixture thin for a crunchy texture. Customize seeds and flavors as desired.
