Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 300ºF/150ºC and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all the seeds, cornstarch, olive oil, and kosher salt in a bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour boiling water over the mixture and stir. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Spread the mixture into a thin layer on the baking sheet using a silicone spatula.
- Sprinkle the flaky sea salt on top.
Baking
- Bake for an hour.
- Let it cool in the pan and then break into desired cracker sizes.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Keep the mixture thin for a crunchy texture. Customize seeds and flavors as desired.
