Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, salt, dried herbs, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add olive oil. Mix well.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. If using, fold in the shredded cheese.
- Pour the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cooling
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, slice the bread and enjoy!
Notes
Store in the fridge for 5-7 days or freeze for longer storage. For easy snacking, slice before freezing.
