Ingredients
  

For the Santa Spritz
  • 1 cup Pomegranate juice (chilled)
  • 1 cup Cranberry juice (chilled)
  • 0.5 cup Vodka (chilled) Optional for non-alcoholic version
  • 4 oz Club soda (chilled) Add just before serving
  • 1 cup Frozen cranberries For garnish and flavor
  • 4 sprigs Fresh rosemary For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chill all ingredients before starting for a refreshing zing.
  2. In a mixing pitcher or large glass filled with ice, pour in the chilled pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, and vodka.
  3. Gently stir the ingredients until well combined and chilled.
  4. Place ice cubes and a handful of frozen cranberries into each rocks glass.
  5. Evenly distribute the mixture into the glasses over the ice and cranberries.
  6. Top each glass with chilled club soda, being careful not to add it too early.
  7. Finish with a sprig of fresh rosemary for an aromatic touch.

Notes

Chill glasses in the freezer for an extra frosty experience. Add a splash of orange juice for a citrusy boost! Freeze fresh cranberries in ice cubes for stunning presentation. For a non-alcoholic version, omit the vodka or substitute with another spirit.
