  • 1/2 cup Citrus juice (such as orange, lemon, or lime) Choose your favorite citrus juice
  • 1 cup Sparkling water or soda To top off the mocktail
  • 1 tablespoon Simple syrup (optional) For added sweetness
  • 1 cup Ice For serving
  • 2 slices Citrus slices for garnish Use orange or lemon slices

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a glass, muddle a few fresh rosemary sprigs to release their flavor.
  2. Add a mixture of citrus juice (think zesty orange or tangy lemon) to the glass.
  3. If you like things a tad sweeter, go ahead and add simple syrup.
  4. Fill the glass with ice and top off with sparkling water or soda.
  5. Stir gently to mix and garnish with additional rosemary and citrus slices.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days; add sparkling water just before serving. For a unique twist, add a splash of cranberry or pomegranate juice.
