- In a glass, muddle a few fresh rosemary sprigs to release their flavor.
- Add a mixture of citrus juice (think zesty orange or tangy lemon) to the glass.
- If you like things a tad sweeter, go ahead and add simple syrup.
- Fill the glass with ice and top off with sparkling water or soda.
- Stir gently to mix and garnish with additional rosemary and citrus slices.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days; add sparkling water just before serving. For a unique twist, add a splash of cranberry or pomegranate juice.
