  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice Adjust for extra zing if needed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in the mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken and drizzle with lemon juice.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with the garlic lemon butter sauce.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to three months. Reheat in the microwave or oven when ready to eat.
