  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables Any blend of vegetables works well.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Rotisserie chicken can be used for convenience.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack are good options.
  • 1 package egg noodles Any pasta of choice can be substituted.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, shredded chicken, and cooked egg noodles.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding garlic powder or Italian seasoning. Let the casserole cool slightly before slicing to avoid burns.
