  • 1 pack Potstickers Use frozen or fresh potstickers, vegetarian or meat-based.
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth Choose based on preference.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds flavor.
  • 1 inch ginger, grated For aromatic essence.
  • 2 cups mixed greens (spinach, bok choy, etc.) Use your favorite mix.
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced For garnish and flavor.
  • Soy sauce to taste Adjust according to preference.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Season as desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Gently add the potstickers to the broth and let them cook according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in the mixed greens and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

For best texture, add potstickers just before serving. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave, adding a splash of broth as needed.
