- In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
- If using, fold in chocolate chips to incorporate.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread evenly.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Cut into bars and enjoy. Store leftovers in the freezer.
