Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 oz taco seasoning 1 package
  • 10 oz diced tomatoes and green chiles 1 can, undrained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz ranch dressing 1 bottle
  • 75 pieces frozen phyllo tart shells 5 packages (15 count each)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until it turns brown and is no longer pink. Drain off any fat.
  3. Toss in the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with chiles. Sauté for about 5 minutes until everything is well mixed and aromatic.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Fold in the cooked taco meat.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the frozen phyllo shells.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes (or 10-13 minutes if the shells were frozen).

Notes

For a flavor twist, add diced jalapeños, or try different types of cheese. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for 3 months.
