Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until it turns brown and is no longer pink. Drain off any fat.
- Toss in the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with chiles. Sauté for about 5 minutes until everything is well mixed and aromatic.
- In a bowl, combine the cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Fold in the cooked taco meat.
- Spoon the mixture into the frozen phyllo shells.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes (or 10-13 minutes if the shells were frozen).
Notes
For a flavor twist, add diced jalapeños, or try different types of cheese. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for 3 months.
