  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Add more for a stronger garlic taste.
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs Can include oregano and basil.
Wet Ingredients
  • 3 large eggs Room temperature works best for mixing.
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted Can substitute with coconut oil for a dairy-free version.
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and almond milk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before slicing.

Notes

Serve warm with olive oil and sea salt, or top with pesto. This bread stores for 4-5 days in the fridge and freezes well. For variations, try using flax eggs for a vegan option or add sun-dried tomatoes for a Mediterranean twist.
