Preparation
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer.
Cooking
- Add the pasta and cook according to package directions, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed, stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-5 days. For longer storage, freeze for 2-3 months. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave until warm.
