Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts Juicy and tender
  • 8 oz egg noodles Or any pasta of choice
  • 4 tablespoons butter Separate into two tablespoons for cooking and two for mixing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Enhances flavor
  • 1 cup chicken broth Can substitute with vegetable broth for a vegan option
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish (optional) Adds a touch of color

Method
 

Cooking Chicken
  1. In a large pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Cooking Noodles
  1. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Once the noodles are cooked, return the chicken to the pan and add the remaining butter.
  2. Stir until the butter is melted and everything is well combined.
Serving
  1. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to three months. Reheat on the stovetop with a splash of chicken broth to keep noodles creamy.
