Cooking Chicken
- In a large pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Cooking Noodles
- In the same pan, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
Combining Ingredients
- Once the noodles are cooked, return the chicken to the pan and add the remaining butter.
- Stir until the butter is melted and everything is well combined.
Serving
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to three months. Reheat on the stovetop with a splash of chicken broth to keep noodles creamy.
