- In a large bowl, combine ground flax seeds, rolled oats, nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
Notes
Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. They can also be frozen, layered between parchment paper.
