- Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the chia seeds to expand and thicken.
- Once the pudding is set, give it a good stir before serving.
Serving
- Pour the pudding into cute little bowls or mason jars for an extra touch.
- Layer it with some fresh fruits like bananas or strawberries, or sprinkle nuts for added crunch.
- If you’re feeling fancy, drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about 4–5 days. Give it a stir before serving if it thickens.
