Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or any non-dairy milk) Can substitute with coconut or oat milk.
  • 1/4 cup Nutella Ensure Nutella is suitable for dietary needs.
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional) Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit or nuts for topping (optional) Suggestions include bananas, strawberries, or nuts.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, Nutella, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  2. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the chia seeds to expand and thicken.
  4. Once the pudding is set, give it a good stir before serving.
Serving
  1. Pour the pudding into cute little bowls or mason jars for an extra touch.
  2. Layer it with some fresh fruits like bananas or strawberries, or sprinkle nuts for added crunch.
  3. If you’re feeling fancy, drizzle chocolate syrup on top.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about 4–5 days. Give it a stir before serving if it thickens.
