Ingredients
  

For the crackers
  • 1 cup mixed seeds (e.g., sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds)
  • 1/2 cup water Add gradually until the mixture is moist.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • to taste optional seasoning (e.g., garlic powder, onion powder, herbs) Feel free to experiment with different flavors.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the mixed seeds and salt. Gradually add water until the mixture is moist but not too wet.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making an even layer.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Cooling and Serving
  1. Let cool, then break into pieces and enjoy with dips or cheese.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, refrigerate and let come to room temperature before serving. Try adding different spices for variation.
