Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 8 slices slices of bread (your choice of white, whole grain, or sourdough)
  • 4 slices slices of cheese (Cheddar or American)
  • 4 tbsp butter for grilling
  • 2 cups tomato soup for dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut the bread into cute heart shapes.
  2. Butter one side of each bread piece generously.
  3. Place cheese between two bread pieces, buttered sides facing out.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwiches until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serving
  1. Serve with tomato soup on the side for dipping.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; can store in fridge for 2-3 days. To reheat, use low heat in a skillet or microwave.
