Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray; set it aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped cooked chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle this topping over the chicken mixture.
Baking
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
