Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness (about ¾ inch) so they cook evenly.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast, covering the entire surface.
- Place the chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
Cooking
- Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving—this keeps it super juicy!
Notes
For best results: pound the chicken evenly, use Greek yogurt for a lighter version, and allow the chicken to rest after baking. Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
