  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version) Greek yogurt can be used as a substitute.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Can be substituted with cheddar for variation.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (optional) For topping.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness, about ¾ inch thick.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
  6. Place the chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle optional paprika or Italian seasoning on top.
Cooking
  1. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  2. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add lemon zest or fresh herbs. If you want an even crispier top, broil for a few minutes at the end of baking. Always monitor to prevent burning.
