- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts if using.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Let it cool completely in the fridge before cutting. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
