  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips Use high-quality for best flavor.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz can.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped nuts Optional for added crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows and nuts if using.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  6. Allow fudge to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, or freeze for up to three months. For neat cuts, dip your knife in warm water.
