Ingredients
  

For the Tater Tots
  • 32 oz Frozen tater tots
Toppings
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese Recommended, but any melting cheese can work.
  • 1/2 cup Bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt.
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onion For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the tater tot package instructions.
  2. Bake tater tots until crispy and golden brown.
Topping
  1. Once cooked, sprinkle cheese and bacon bits over the top.
  2. Return to the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and gooey.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Keep the tots extra crispy by not overloading them with toppings right away. Experiment with cheeses and add toppings like jalapeƱos for an extra zing. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen.
