- Roll the mixture into small balls and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Dipping
- Melt white chocolate or almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Immediately sprinkle with decorations.
- Let the chocolate set before serving.
Notes
Store truffles in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
