  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 piece lemon (juiced and zested)

  • 1 pound green beans

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken thighs in the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  2. Add the green beans to the skillet, tossing them with the remaining butter and garlic.
  3. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the green beans are tender.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave for best results.
