Preparation
  1. In a shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, lavender syrup, and egg white (if using).
  2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds to froth the egg white.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a glass and garnish with a sprig of lavender.

Notes

Chill your glass beforehand to keep your cocktail cold longer. Adjust sweetness by tweaking lavender syrup to your liking. Experiment with different garnishes like lemon zest for added flavor. For a different version, substitute gin with vodka.
