  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Toss in the diced onion and bell pepper; cook until softened.
  3. Mix in garlic powder, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
  4. Take a portion of the beef mixture, place it onto a low-carb or cheese wrap.
  5. Top your filling with shredded provolone cheese.
  6. Tightly roll the wrap and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider drizzling with hot sauce or serving with a side salad. These rolls last in the fridge for 3-4 days and can be frozen for longer storage.
