- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and bell peppers, and sauté until softened.
- Add the ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, cooking until the beef is browned.
- On a clean surface, place a keto wrap or roll out low-carb dough.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto the wrap and top with shredded cheese.
- Roll the wrap tightly and place it seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
