  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (provolone or mozzarella) You can mix cheeses for different flavors.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 wrap Keto-friendly wrap or low-carb dough You can use low-carb dough which you can make at home or find in stores.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and bell peppers, and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, cooking until the beef is browned.
  4. On a clean surface, place a keto wrap or roll out low-carb dough.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture onto the wrap and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Roll the wrap tightly and place it seam-side down in a baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve these rolls hot. Pair with a fresh garden salad and a drizzle of ranch for extra zing! Store in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months in an airtight container.
