Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a regular muffin tin (12 wells).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Choose your flavor variation and stir in the respective ingredients.
- Divide the egg mixture evenly among the greased muffin cups.
- If desired, sprinkle extra cheese on top for that melty goodness!
Baking
- Bake for 14-18 minutes until puffed and set. They will deflate slightly once removed from the oven.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 4-5 days. These can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave for about 30 seconds before serving.
