Coating and Serving
  • 1 cup crushed crackers (for coating) Any type of cracker works.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a football shape.
  3. Roll the cheese ball in crushed crackers until evenly coated.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Serve with your favorite crackers or veggies.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, sauté the jalapeños before mixing. Store in the fridge for 3-5 days or freeze for longer storage. Best served chilled.
