  • 1/2 cup Fresh lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Honey syrup Adjust for sweetness as desired.
  • 4 sprigs Fresh thyme For mixing and garnish.
  • 2 cups Ice For serving.
  • 2 slices Lemon slices For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a shaker, combine fresh lemon juice and honey syrup.
  2. Shake well to mix and chill the ingredients.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  4. Pour the lemon and honey mixture over the ice.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a slice of lemon.
  6. Serve and enjoy your refreshing mocktail!

Notes

Best served fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for 1-2 days. Make the lemon-honey mix ahead of time for convenience. For variations, try adding sparkling water for fizz or a splash of gin for an alcoholic version.
