Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients
  • 250 g Magerquark (fat-free quark)
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 50 g honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
  • 100 g oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Cinnamon to taste Cinnamon
For Frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the Magerquark, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the quark mixture and stir until homogeneous.
Cooking
  1. Heat a pan over medium heat, adding oil or butter.
  2. Spoon portions of the batter into the pan, frying for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Drain on paper towels and keep warm while cooking the remaining batter.

Notes

Make sure your pan is hot before adding the batter to achieve a golden crust. For dairy-free options, use plant-based yogurt. For extra flavor, add spices like nutmeg or cardamom.
