  • 1 cup fruit juice (your favorite kind) Choose 100% fruit juice without added sugar for a healthier option.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar Adjust according to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder This is key for the gummy texture.
  • optional food coloring Add for fun and vibrant gummies!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the fruit juice and honey/sugar over low heat. Stir until it dissolves.
  2. Gradually sprinkle the gelatin powder into the juice mixture while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  3. Continue cooking on low heat for a few more minutes until the gelatin fully dissolves.
  4. Remove it from the heat and add any optional food coloring.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Once set, pop the gummies out of the molds and enjoy your sugary masterpiece!

Notes

Store gummies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Experiment with flavors, adjust sweetness, and use fun molds for shapes!
