Preparation
- In a small saucepan, combine the fruit juice and honey/sugar over low heat. Stir until it dissolves.
- Gradually sprinkle the gelatin powder into the juice mixture while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Continue cooking on low heat for a few more minutes until the gelatin fully dissolves.
- Remove it from the heat and add any optional food coloring.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once set, pop the gummies out of the molds and enjoy your sugary masterpiece!
Notes
Store gummies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Experiment with flavors, adjust sweetness, and use fun molds for shapes!
