  • 1 pound Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs recommended for extra crunch
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Flour Can be seasoned for extra flavor
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
For Baking
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For spraying or drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for about a month. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
