Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, another with beaten eggs, and the last one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip first in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the breaded chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray or drizzle them with olive oil.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, turning halfway.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Store leftover chicken tenders in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
