  • 1 pound chicken breast strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 larges eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, another with beaten eggs, and the last one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken strip first in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the breaded chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Lightly spray or drizzle them with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, turning halfway.
  2. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftover chicken tenders in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
