Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a large baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes evenly.
- Spread the cooked ground beef over the potatoes.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the meat layer.
- Add any additional vegetables you'd like on top.
- Finally, sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the entire dish.
Cooking
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a rustic feel, serve straight from the baking dish. Pair with a fresh side salad or garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or frozen for 3 months.
