Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound Potato Gnocchi (fresh for better texture)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Red Pepper Flakes (optional for heat)

Method

Cooking Gnocchi
  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the gnocchi. Once they float to the top, they’re done! This usually takes about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter and olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer gently, filling your kitchen with an amazing aroma.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it’s a smooth and creamy consistency—no lumps allowed!
Combining Ingredients
  1. Toss in the cooked gnocchi, rosemary, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat everything in that fabulous sauce.
  2. Dish it up immediately and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if you’re feeling spicy!

Notes

For best results, use fresh gnocchi for a pillowy texture and consider customizing the cream with half-and-half or non-dairy options. Add veggies for extra nutrition and use alternative cheeses if necessary.
